主要工作职责：

·    编制GEI中英文宣传材料，包括但不限于机构介绍、年度报告、新闻及新闻简报、项目报导；

·     GEI媒体和公共关系的维护，包括但不限于和媒体的日常联络、安排媒体的采访、参加会议、接待其他机构的来访，帮助GEI与政府、媒体、其他机构建立良好的关系；

·
GEI中英文网站的维护与更新；

·    策划、组织GEI的各类推广活动；

·    筹款及捐助机构关系维护；

·    其他工作。

招聘要求：

·    认同GEI的理念，遵循GEI的宗旨；

·    本科或以上学历，英语、新闻专业优先考虑；

·    中英文语言水平俱佳；

·    至少两年在媒体或相关机构的工作经验，有出色的写作能力；

·    优秀的沟通能力，尤其是跨文化沟通协作能力；

·    优秀的团队合作精神；

·    对环境问题、NGO的工作感兴趣；

·    能够熟练使用各种办公软件，具备图片处理、网页编辑能力者有限考虑。

POSITION
TITLE: Communications Officer

JOB
LOCATION: Beijing, China

MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Prepare GEI’s Chinese and English outreach materials, including but not limited to organizational introductions, annual reports, news, e-newsletters and project reports;

·     Handle basic media and public relations responsibilities, including but not limited to keeping contact with members of the media, speaking to reporters, representing GEI at
meetings and talking with visitors. Help GEI establish and maintain positive and
active relations with government representatives and other partner organizations;

·     Manage GEI’s bilingual website;

·    Design and organize GEI’s promotion activities;

·    Fundraise and liaise with donors;

·    Undertake other duties consistent with the post when required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·    Bachelors degree or above, concentrations in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred;

·     Proficient in Chinese and English, both written and oral;

·     At least two years of media work experience, excellent writing skills;

·     Outstanding communications skills, especially cross-cultural;

·     Excellent group work ethic;

·     Interest in environmental issues and NGO work;

·     Strong proficiency in office software, with image and web-editing experience preferred.
