New York City's "rite of spring" celebrates 25 years with over 200 trees in bloom at Brooklyn Botanic Garden this weekend. It will be a great time for us to get together and enjoy the weather, friendship, and performance!
We will meet at the Visitor Center 11:00 am.
The Garden is free to the public on Saturdays 10:00am–12:00pm. If you come in the afternoon, the admissions are:

The location is accessible by car, bus, and subway.
Subway: The 2 or 3 train to Eastern Parkway.
Bus: B41, B43, B48, and B71. There are visitor entrances on Flatbush Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
Train: LIRR to Flatbush Avenue/Atlantic Avenue Station. Connect with the Q or 2 train, or the B41 bus.
By Car:
From Brooklyn Bridge: Continue straight ahead 6 traffic lights; turn left onto Atlantic Avenue; drive 1 mile and turn right onto Flatbush Avenue; continue to arch at Grand Army Plaza; proceed around traffic circle to Eastern Parkway (library on right); drive 1 block and turn right onto Washington Avenue (Brooklyn Museum on corner).
Manhattan Bridge:
Continue straight ahead onto Flatbush Avenue; then see directions under Brooklyn Bridge.
From BQE:
Exit at Kent Avenue; follow service road (Park Avenue) alongside and then under the expressway five blocks; turn left onto Washington Avenue and continue for 1-3/4 miles.
